Blender busted? Computer kaput? Weedeater wrecked? Whatever’s broken, don’t let it keep gathering dust in the corner – bring it down to the workshop, each Wednesday from 5:30 to 7:30! Use the tools and facilities of the shop and pick our librarians’ brains to get your damaged equipment back in the action.
Availability is first-come-first-served. This workshop is provided free of charge, though donations are appreciated!
We ask that all items brought for repair be of reasonable size. We are unable to service pressure vessels, refrigeration equipment, firearms, and high-voltage electrical components.

In this Fix-It Night Special Edition, there will be a special focus on garment repairs: Sandy, a WSTL member, is generously volunteering to teach and assist with basic clothing repairs, such as patching holes, reinforcing seams, and re-sewing buttons. Bring your damaged garments and see what you can get fixed up!
This is a drop-in event, no registration required. If you're interested in a more formal garment repair class, please drop us a line.
In this Fix-It Workshop, we’re putting a spotlight on lamp repair: we'll have supplies on hand for replacing switches, sockets, wiring, hardware, and more. If you've got a lamp that needs some attention, bring it to the Fix-It workshop and we'll help you get it going again!

Proceeds from the sale will go towards safety and storage improvements in the Library, making inventory management and retrieval safer and simpler for our staff and volunteers.
